Return & Refund Policy

At Alankar Vastra Niketan, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please read the policy below.

1. Exchange

• Items can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase, at our store.
• The original bill must be shown at the time of exchange.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Exchange is subject to availability of stock. If the same item is not available, you may choose another item of equal or higher value (paying the difference), or receive a credit note.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you find a manufacturing defect (such as torn fabric, faulty stitching or a broken zip) in an item, please bring it to our store with the bill within 7 days of purchase. After inspection, we will replace the item or, if a replacement is not available, offer a refund or credit note.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and other reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned unless defective:

• Innerwear, hosiery, socks and vests
• Items purchased during clearance sale or special discount offers (unless stated otherwise)
• Altered, tailored or custom-stitched items
• Items without the original bill or tags

4. Refunds

• Refunds are given only for defective items where no replacement is available.
• Approved refunds are made in the same mode as the original payment — cash for cash purchases, or to the same UPI/bank account for digital payments — within 7 working days.
